What makes a dream wedding? Well, I suppose that would depend on the desires of the couple getting married. But I can say with all certainty that Mary Beth’s celebration was the wedding of her dreams. She meticulously planned every detail and it was gorgeous! There were fabulous towering floral arrangements, a huge white tent, two dance floors, sparkling trees, a baby grand piano, flower walls, a harpist, delicious food, a fabulous live band, and what seemed like a sky full of strands of lights. The venue, The Machaven, was gorgeous and the skies were blue. All of these special touches really set the stage for a perfect day. While all of these things were obviously beautiful, they weren’t what made this a dream wedding. Chris & Mary Beth are so in love and had a village of friends and family who adored them there to support them. Mary Beth, with the voice of an angel, sang during the ceremony as it was Chris’ only request for the day. Some of her students known as “The Blue Crew” threw petals as Chris & Mary Beth walked down the aisle after being pronounced husband & wife. Their parents were beaming with pride and adoration for their children. I talked with them throughout the day and they stated several times that the day had been so wonderful because God was kept at the center of it. I agree. They have a great foundation for a successful marriage. Congratulations Mary Beth & Chris! Fran & I wish you nothing but the best!
