based in Rocky Mount NC. I enjoy taking relaxed pictures that capture
the true personality of my subjects. As someone who knows how
intimidating it can be in front of the camera, I try my best to make
everyone feel comfortable from behind the camera. I use light-hearted
and creative techniques to help you get comfortable and have some fun.
This lets me capture you in happy and authentic moments, allowing your
natural joy to shine in your photos!

I love to become quick friends with my subjects and consider our
sessions together a chance to get to know one another and have a good
time. My style as a photographer is very organic and I like to
prioritize laughter and quality photos in my sessions! With me, you
can let down your guard and just have fun, because I will be doing the

Ian’s session was supposed to be about a month ago. Well, it rained and rained. It was just gross. Ian’s mom mentioned that one of his preferred locations was off the road and so it might be too muddy. So we rescheduled. Thankfully, the weather was perfection this time! We took a few pictures in downtown Wilson, then headed to a home/farm off Old Carriage Road. Who knew such a beautiful place was down that dirt path?! And it was a long dirt path full of beauty along the way! Ian was such a good sport! I’m sure he was so tired of hearing me tell him to give me a big smile by the end of our session. Ian is a sweetheart and a cutie. And most likely a future ECU pirate! Enjoy a few of my favorites from our session!
